Portrush’s art gallery
With free admission to our upstairs art gallery, The Arcadia provides a beautifully lit space for local artists to display their work. With amazing views of the ocean, this high-ceilinged studio is perfectly designed to accommodate a collection of paintings and drawings and to present them at their best.
Whether you’re an individual artist, or an art group in the area, just get in touch with us and we’ll arrange to have your work exhibited. This shared community space offers easy access to all sorts of wonderful work, so if you have a passion for art, just drop in and enjoy it at your leisure.
To date, The Arcadia has hosted a number of well-known local artists, many of whom have sold their work after exhibiting. From the acclaimed Portrush artist, Alan Duke, to Harry McMahon, Anne Michael, Nikki Nmeic and more recently, Kate Reid, we’ve hosted an array of talent into The Arcadia art gallery.
Coleraine Art Society have also displayed their work, and we encourage community art groups to get in touch if they wish to secure space for their art.
The Arcadia is first and foremost a place for the community to connect, and we also use the first-floor studio to host various craft exhibitions and events throughout the year. With this in mind, we would advise checking if the studio is available for viewing artwork, in case another event is running.
Providing excellent disability access with our indoor lift, and with car parking just around the corner at the East Strand, The Arcadia art gallery is a space that everyone can enjoy.
